Seven in the evening is considered the ideal time to work out. Your metabolism responds better when you work out in the evening as compared to every other block of time. It will aid in muscle building, fat reducing and overall wellness and health improvements.

However, not everyone has this opportunity. As such, the "ideal" time is whenever you can; that is, be it 6am or noon or 8pm or anywhere else, take the opportunity to move, to train and to exercise.
