And today, I want to talk about how we can learn to respect each other - and our bodies - by applying the Golden Rule, which is to treat others the way you want to be treated.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T. and The Golden Rule

Respect is the basis for the Golden Rule.
 
What would happen if you applied the Golden Rule to you and your body?
 
What if you began by valuing, rather than evaluating, your body?
 

The first step to Body Confidence is to treat your body, the way you want yourself to be treated, with the same R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

It's only May, but it's never too early to consult every woman's (and man's) Wisdom Within located within your body. It's there for you to access 24/7/365. All you need to know is how to reconnect with that bottomless, endless source of reliable information specific to your needs, wants, and visions. Remember you are already whole and not just a talking head. Let's end this estrangement from your body. There are Body Knowledge System® tools and techniques to do this.

Learn to value, rather than evaluate, your body.

The proof is there every time you ignore a pain, an uneasy feeling, or a persistent symptom of and illness. But why do you have to go to extremes before you notice the consequences of ignoring her/his efforts at communicating with you in time to prevent the pain, feeling, or dis-ease?

Your body hears, understands, and supports you.

So, how do you know the specific food, movement, or sleep bring the most benefit to your overall health? Simple, ask your body… then listen for her response. Your body reveals her wisdom in many ways which I will be sharing with my Body Knowledge System®.
