Noble Samurai Cloud Service Outage

At 08:40am (AEST) this morning, the company hosting our cloud services,
SoftLayer, suffered a service outage.

This outage is ongoing and is affecting the following features
of Market Samurai:

Keyword Research
- Unable to gather SEOC data
- Unable to gather SEOUC data
- Unable to gather SEOTC data
- Unable to gather SEOTCR data

SEO Competition
- Unable to perform initial Google search
- Unable to gather PR data

Rank Tracker
- Unable to gather PR data

SoftLayer technicians are attending to the outage, which is believed
to have been caused by a hardware failure.

We hope to have all our services up and running as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused.
