[EzineArticles] True or False Article Template

True or False Article Template EzineArticles.com Logo

Help Your Readers Find the Truth

For every article, blog, podcast, video, tweet, and post, it's becoming more and more difficult to differentiate the truth from falsehoods. Which is why reliable fact checkers are in more demand than ever before.

Every niche has falsehoods. Whether innocuous "white lies" or blatant lies, falsehoods are a result of the following:

  • Saving face
  • Lacking accountability
  • Avoiding confrontation
  • Getting something done
  • Being nice
  • Lying to yourself
  • Perpetuating unsubstantiated reports

Help your readers see falsehoods by unveiling the truth. Leverage your authority and build trust with your readers using the True or False Article Template.

True or False Article Template

  • List Falsehoods

Brainstorm by creating a list of falsehoods relevant to your niche. To prevent negative backlash, avoid targeting people or brands that may have initiated the falsehood - "who started it" should not be the point or focus of your article. Take command of the issue by revealing the truth in a positive manner that will actually help readers, not hinder them.

  • List Truths

Create a list of truths that may be unknown or unclear to your readers. Truths juxtaposed with falsehoods will keep your readers engaged and better informed.

  • Start Writing

    Use the following framework:

    1. Introduction - Layout the topic by describing how readers can benefit by understanding the truth.
    2. Statement #1 - Provide a common statement or perception (falsehood or truth) regarding your topic.
    3. True or False - Declare whether the statement was true or false as well as provide supporting evidence.
    4. Statements #2, etc. - Repeat steps 2 and 3 by writing a truth or falsehood, note whether the statement is true or false, and then provide your supporting evidence. To conserve on article length, 3-7 statements will work best without losing your readers' interest (you can save additional points for another article).
    5. Conclusion - Summarize the key points of your article. Describe one element readers should look for to find the truth for themselves.

Save your readers from anxiety and doubt! Use this article template to reveal the truth. Have you written an article in this style? Click here to leave a comment to let us know how it worked for you.

The marketing principle of giving away of something of value for free in order to sell something else, resonated with me. It is also a way to establish your voice and brand in a more structured professional manner than typical social media i.e. Facebook, Twitter, et al. They have their place and are useful to an author/writer. However, the growth of the internet creates a huge demand for quality content. I still think the key is to write "quality content". If it is well written, accessible, and of timely interest to people it will get plenty of attention. EzineArticles is a wonderful reservoir of good content on many topics.

[EzineArticles] Conservation of Natural SEO

Conservation of Natural SEO EzineArticles.com Logo

5 Organic Strategies

Search engine optimization is a precious resource. However, due to spam and dozens of other unsavory practices that pollute the Internet, this resource is being exploited at the expense of its natural inhabitants - the users.

Aim for organic or natural tactics to create a sustainable future for your website and its users using these tips!

1. Website Ownership

Own your website. Can you achieve success with a free-host provider? Yes, but there are a few things working against you. First, you have greater control over the design and architecture if you own your own website. Second, users and publishers are more inclined to trust websites that have a vested interest. And finally, free-hosts are prone to spam, which may result in search engine penalties.

2. Website Content and Structure

Natural SEO embodies originality, quality, relevance, navigation, and transparency on every page. You should test the quality of your website, page for page. Stay away from unnatural methods like doorway pages, shadow domains, and other deceptive practices. Clean up your website and implement measures to prevent any unnatural links coming from or pointing toward your website. (Tip: Check out Google's Webmaster Tools to test the health of your website, understand your traffic and more.)

2. Quality, Original Content

Content advocates your authority in your niche and promotes stickiness (a lower bounce rate). Target your readers by ensuring a good user experience and use creative content both onsite and off. Submit articles to credible article directories, guest post on quality websites, create informational products, shoot videoes, etc. - get your original content out there to let your voice be heard and brand be seen by users and search engines. Reuse your successful articles to create valuable content for your website, social media, and more.

3. Social Interaction

Social is being integrated more and more into natural SEO every day. From +1's to tweets to likes, links shared on social media sites have a positive exposure impact. Considerations of social interaction include authority, following, relevance, positive engagement, and diversity of sources. Some tips to encourage social engagement: keep it short, visual, regular, relevant, timely, and motivating (use a call-to-action).

4. Relevant Keyword Research

Using tools like Google's Keyword Tool or your Traffic Search Terms, look for quality, relevant keywords that suit your platform and your audience. Use these keywords to brainstorm new content, but moderate your usage and integrate keywords properly to avoid unnatural SEO (avoid keyword stuffing!).

5. Long-Tail Method

Write dynamic, high-demand articles using the long-tail method. Using your keywords, reader-oriented benefits, and power words, create great dynamic long-tail titles within 65-70 characters. For example, "Weight Loss Tips" may be in demand, but it's also in the highest supply (more competition). However, you increase your chances by targeting where demand is high, but the supply is much lower: "Weight Loss for Women Over 40: Top 7 Painless Tips to Drop a Size."

Use the above natural SEO tips to foster a great user experience and a healthy web environment. What natural SEO tactics work for you? Click here to let us know in the comments section – we'd love to hear from you!

[EzineArticles] 7 Tips to Reuse Great Content and Get More Value

7 Tips to Reuse Great Content
and Get More Value
EzineArticles.com Logo

Give Your Efforts New Life by Reusing Your Articles!

Creating unique content on a regular basis for your website, social media platforms, newsletters, and your article portfolio is a massive undertaking.

Did you know you can squeeze more value out of your articles?

Use these tips to reuse your quality article content to create valuable media across your platform.

  1. Social Media

Based on the information you present in your articles, write informative tweets (Twitter), posts (Facebook and Google+), and even pins (Pinterest). Want to create a meme your audience will share? Pull a motivating, inspiring, or engaging quote from your article and add it to a relevant, meaningful image.

  2. Video

Develop scripts from your articles to create informative video shorts. Transpose your article by reading your article out loud and swap out any language that feels too stuffy, verbose, or formal. Tip: Videos are all about being visual. Keep it visually interesting by using visual aids (e.g., whiteboards or overlay text/images) to help convey your point.

  3. Webinar

Based on one or more related articles, create an online slide presentation that (1) outlines a process or concept, (2) provides a step-by-step process or supporting evidence, (3) shows milestones or how to measure progress, and (4) provides a call-to-action. Promote your upcoming presentation across your platform by inviting your audience to participate with their questions and comments. Use your live articles as fodder to help spark interest and to help your audience come prepared for participation.

  4. Ebooks and Reports

Transform your related, published articles into a downloadable PDF (ebook or report). Use it as incentive to visit your website from the Resource Box of your next set of articles, your social media posts, newsletters, and more. You can also choose to sell your PDF or offer it as a bonus for purchasing another product.

  5. Print

If you own a brick-and-mortar business, print off your best articles and make them readily available in your store or waiting room. Your visitors or prospective clients will be more relaxed (and impressed!) when they see the extent of your knowledge through your articles. Simply select the "Print this article" button in the Article Tools section that appears below your published articles.

  6. Infographics

Illustrate key points, data, and steps from your published articles in visually dynamic infographics. Be selective about the type and amount of information you pull from your articles to present in your infographics. What makes great infographic fodder? Article content that discusses quantitative data, qualitative data, pros/cons, comparative analysis, timeline, and definitive facts or figures.

  7. Podcasts

Go audio by turning your articles into a podcast series. It's easy to do - all you need is a microphone and audio recording software. Similar to developing video scripts, transpose your articles into an audio script by ensuring the language "speaks" clearly to your audience.

When reusing your published articles, make sure you avoid these 7 repurposing content snafus and adapt your content the right way.

Use these tips to reuse your articles and broaden the value of your efforts. Did we miss anything? Are there any other ways you can reuse articles that you'd like to add to our list? How have you reused articles to reduce waste in your efforts? Click here to share your comments, questions, and feedback in the section - we'd love to hear from you!

[EzineArticles] Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Article Template

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Article Template
EzineArticles.com Logo

Share Your Insights to Show Readers How They Can Be Less Wasteful

From resources to spending to time ... Waste comes in many forms and can become overwhelming if left unchecked.

When you look back on your own professional projects, business ventures, and even finances, you consider how to become less wasteful. No doubt you've discovered a few strategies along the way that have helped you become more effective, more efficient, and overall increase your value. Help your readers by sharing your strategies using the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Article Template.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Article Template

First, consider areas of waste. Waste is defined in a number of ways. It's the result of:

  1. discarding or eliminating something that's deemed no longer useful or required.
  2. using or expending something of value carelessly, extravagantly, or to no purpose.

Next, I suggest organizing your ideas by considering your audience's need or want (e.g., save time, save money, etc.). Depending on your niche, you may have dozens of methods to reduce, reuse, or recycle in order to eliminate waste that you can recommend to your readers. Exhaust your insights into three respective lists:

  1. Reduce - How do you reduce waste? How can your readers lessen the amount, degree, or size of waste in relation to your topic?

  2. Reuse - Do you reuse something to maximize its value? How can you encourage readers to dust off forgotten strategies, products or services? Can anything they already use be applied in a different way?

  3. Recycle - Do you recycle something to make it worthwhile for others? How might readers adjust or convert old strategies, products or services into something new?

Finally, use the following framework for your article:

  • Introduction - Identify an area of waste and then describe how your reader will benefit from removing the waste. Introduce your key points that help them reduce, reuse, and recycle waste.

  • Bolded Headers - Separate the body of your article using bolded headers: "Reduce X," "Reuse Y," and "Recycle Z" (e.g., "Reduce Wasteful Spending By Eliminating Bad Marketing Strategies").

  • List - For each section, list ways that show how the reader reduce, reuse, or recycle to achieve their desired benefit.

  • Conclusion - Summarize your key points and reiterate how the reader will benefit from getting rid of waste.

Identifying wasteful areas is the first step to finding a solution. Leverage credibility as well as increase exposure by sharing your reduce, reuse, and recycle insights with readers using this article template.

[EzineArticles] Article Writing for Mobile: How to Speak to On-the-Go Readers

Article Writing for Mobile: How to Speak to On-the-Go Readers EzineArticles.com Logo

Write Mobile-Friendly Articles!

Searches on smartphones and other devices are way up, which means people are more often than not looking for a quick answer to their question.

How do you write an article that speaks (or rather "reads") to these readers?

Do just that: expertly write content that delivers their answers quickly and informatively.

5 Mobile-Friendly Writing Tips

  • Eye-Catching Titles

Your titles should be transparent, relevant, descriptive, and maintain brevity. Target title length from 65-70 characters to avoid truncation, and use the Long-Tail Method to distribute keywords evenly.

  • Compelling Summaries

Do not skip writing an engaging article summary that targets the reader's benefit - their need or want. In your summary, clearly describe the main point and benefit of the article, as well as your unique value proposition or what makes this article better than the rest.

  • Strong Introductions

Get to it! Don't dance around your topic in your introduction. Provide a relevant attention grabber, your unique value proposition, and a call-to-action that compels the reader forward.

  • Eye-Guiding Headers

Help readers find information quickly by using bolded headers as anchors of information. Think of headers as miniature titles for every unique point, step, or tip.

  • Succinct Lists

As much as you can, consider using ordered or unordered lists. Lists are easy to read because they require the author to be succinct as well as help show the reader where one point ends and another begins for easy scanning.

  • Link Relevantly

Readers question an author's credibility and click away if the links to the author's website do not relate to the article topic. Ensure link relevance by writing about topics relevant to your niche to provide a common thread by carrying your article topic through your entire submission to your website.

The mobile market is growing. Seize this opportunity by ensuring your articles are ready! Want more mobile-friendly article formats? Get the 52 interactive Article Templates on PDF package for great topics formatted in lists, headers, and more.

"I wish I knew about this before I [fill in the blank]."

Lessons come in many guises. Your mother, your father, your teacher, your mentor, your coach - anyone who ever taught you - may have missed a few critical details that you had to learn on your own.

These are the insights your readers want - the not-so-obvious lessons everyone forgets, but are major steps toward achieving a goal or benefit.

Whether found through hard experiences or those "Eureka!" moments, consider the lessons everyone neglected - from experiences to improvements to shortcuts. Then pass these lessons on to your readers using the Lessons My Mentor Never Taught Me Article Template.

Lessons My Mentor Never Taught Me Article Template

  • Introduction: Provide a personal or professional anecdote about your mentor (e.g., a coach, a teacher, or even a parent) and how much value they contributed to your expertise. Switch gears and transition into your lessons by stating there were a few things your mentor neglected to mention. Share how readers can benefit from the lessons you've learned on your own.

  • Lesson #1 ... Headers: Using a bricklayer format, use attention-grabbing headers indicating the lesson number. For example, lessons about article writing might be "Lesson #1: Don't Lose Focus on Your Article Title" and "Lesson #2: The Amount of Traffic You Gain Is Equal to Your Effort."

  • Describe Each Lesson: Provide 3-5 sentences describing each of your lessons. Don't forget to illustrate how the lesson achieved a goal or benefit.

  • Conclusion: Summarize the lessons and conclude with an overarching thought.

Get Expedited Article Review for Faster Publication With a Premium Subscription

Of the many benefits our Premium subscription package offers, fast article reviews - we're talking within hours of submission - is a favorite Premium perk.

What does this mean? With Premium, your articles go to the top of our most experienced editors' submission review queues and your articles are reviewed before all non-Premium members (that's before all Basic, Basic Plus, Platinum, AND Diamond members). Having faster article reviews will increase your article performance by helping you focus on other priorities and get ahead of your competition so your articles begin working for you days (or even weeks) earlier than without this benefit.

Find out what it's like to get that "Premium feeling" by watching this video:

Downloadable Versions:
WMV Format     MOV Format     MV4 Format     MP3 Format

Become a leading authority by taking advantage of each benefit the Premium package provides. Achieve greater control over your efforts and your brand with the speed, confidence, control, convenience, freedom, and intelligence you need to improve your efforts.

Find out more about Premium's amazing benefits and try it out for as low as $49.97/month with a monthly subscription by visiting https://EzineArticles.com/premium/

"If you are serious about Article Marketing then you need to understand that your investment in the Premium service will more than pay for itself." -- Jeff Herring

Patricia Weaver "EzineArticles surely has worked for me."

I really have supported my business with my ezine articles ... This has been a tremendous boost to branding of my name, my website, and my various projects. I am looked upon as an expert on aging, someone that writes about their subject. People get an idea of what you think, as well as what you can give to their organization or on an individual basis. EzineArticles surely has worked for me.
